Get limited liability with partnership-style flexibility — FiLLiP filing and LLP agreement drafted for you.
A Limited Liability Partnership combines the operational flexibility of a partnership with the limited liability and separate legal identity of a company. It suits professional firms, family businesses and service ventures that do not plan to raise equity from investors. Registration is done through the FiLLiP form on the MCA portal, followed by filing of the LLP agreement in Form 3 within 30 days of incorporation.
One fixed professional fee, inclusive of GST, agreed with you before any work starts — no hourly billing, no surprises, and nothing charged until you approve it. MCA filing fees and stamp duty on the LLP agreement extra, as per contribution and state.

An LLP has fewer compliance requirements and no mandatory audit below the thresholds, but it cannot issue shares, so it is less suited for equity fundraising. If you plan to raise investment or offer ESOPs, a private limited company is usually preferred.
The LLP agreement must be filed in Form 3 within 30 days of incorporation. Late filing attracts an additional fee for each day of delay, so we file it as part of this package.
Statutory audit is required only if turnover exceeds ₹40 lakh or contribution exceeds ₹25 lakh in a financial year. All LLPs must still file Form 8 and Form 11 annually, whether or not they carry on business.
