Keep your DIN active with timely DIR-3 KYC — verified with your mobile, email and DSC.
Every individual holding a Director Identification Number, including designated partners of LLPs, must complete KYC with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as prescribed. If KYC is not completed by the due date, the DIN is marked deactivated and can be reactivated only by filing with a late fee. We check which form applies to you and file it with OTP verification and your digital signature.
One fixed professional fee, inclusive of GST, agreed with you before any work starts — no hourly billing, no surprises, and nothing charged until you approve it. No MCA fee if filed on time; ₹5,000 late fee if DIN is deactivated.
Order DIR-3 KYC for each director and pay online.
Upload PAN, Aadhaar and contact details in your dashboard.
We confirm the applicable form, verify OTPs with you and file with your DSC.
Track filing status and download the SRN and acknowledgement from your dashboard.
Under current MCA rules, DIR-3 KYC is due by 30 September following the end of the financial year. MCA periodically revises KYC frequency and dates, so we check the rules in force before filing.
The e-form DIR-3 KYC is filed when there is a change in personal details or for first-time KYC. DIR-3 KYC-Web is a simpler OTP-based confirmation used when there is no change in details.
The DIN is marked as deactivated. The director cannot sign MCA filings until KYC is completed with a fee of ₹5,000.
Yes. Designated partners who hold a DIN (DPIN) are also required to complete KYC.
The e-form DIR-3 KYC must be signed with the director's own DSC. If your DSC has expired, we can arrange a new one at extra cost.
