Account data: your name, email address and/or mobile number, and the one-time codes used to verify them.
Business data: details of the companies, LLPs, firms and people you add, including registration numbers such as PAN, GSTIN, CIN/LLPIN and DIN.
Documents and financial data you upload (KYC documents, invoices, registers, bank statements) and data we prepare for you (returns, certificates, reports).
Payment data: order and transaction references from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

We share data only with government authorities when filing on your behalf, with service providers that help us run the portal (hosting, payment, email and WhatsApp delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
You can access and correct your data in the portal, delete documents you uploaded, and ask us to delete your account (subject to records we must retain by law). WhatsApp messages can be stopped by replying STOP. Contact our grievance officer at support@fastlegal.in.
