Form 11 and Form 8 filed on time every year so your LLP avoids daily late fees.
Every LLP must file an annual return in Form 11 and a Statement of Account and Solvency in Form 8 with the Registrar each year, whether or not it carried on business. The daily additional fee for late filing has no cap and can quickly exceed the cost of compliance. We prepare and file both forms and keep your designated partners' KYC current.
One fixed professional fee, inclusive of GST, agreed with you before any work starts — no hourly billing, no surprises, and nothing charged until you approve it. MCA filing fees extra; additional fees apply for late filing. Audit fee, if audit is required, not included.
