Everything a foreign company needs to start operating in India: incorporation, bank, tax IDs, RBI reporting and a compliance calendar, from one team, with no travel.
Entering India usually means dealing with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Reserve Bank of India, the income tax and GST departments, a bank and the labour-law authorities, each with its own forms and timelines. The India Entry Complete Package puts all of it under one engagement, so you focus on customers and hiring while we set up the entity, open the accounts, report the capital to the RBI, obtain the tax registrations and hand you a running compliance calendar. A dedicated India-entry manager coordinates every step in your time zone, and everything is tracked in your Fastlegal dashboard.
One fixed professional fee, inclusive of GST, agreed with you before any work starts — no hourly billing, no surprises, and nothing charged until you approve it. MCA, RBI and GST government fees, stamp duty and apostille or consularisation charges abroad extra, at actuals; registered-office rent and audit fees billed separately if we arrange them.
Choose the package and pay online by international card or in INR. Your India-entry manager books a structuring call in your time zone within one working day.
Upload the parent-company documents and director KYC to your dashboard as they are apostilled; we review each one and tell you exactly what is still missing.
We obtain DSCs and DINs, incorporate with MCA, coordinate the bank account and remittance, file FC-GPR with the RBI, obtain GST, EPFO and ESIC, and set up books and payroll.
Track every milestone in your dashboard, download certificates as they are issued, and start month one with your compliance calendar and accountant already in place.
One accountable manager and a sequence that avoids delays. Documents are reviewed once for every filing, the bank account and remittance are timed with incorporation so FC-GPR is filed inside its 30-day window, and tax, labour and accounting set-up is finished before your first invoice or salary. You also get structuring and DTAA guidance up front rather than after a problem appears.
No. Incorporation, RBI reporting and tax registrations are digital. Banks may ask for a video KYC call, which we schedule and join. Documents signed abroad are apostilled or legalised at the Indian embassy, depending on your country.
Every Indian company needs at least one director who spends 182 days or more in India in the financial year. We explain the options on the structuring call, including a professional nominee director for the initial period. Nominee-director fees, if you use one, are quoted separately.
Typically 6–8 weeks after the apostilled documents reach us: 3–4 weeks to incorporation, then the bank account, remittance and FC-GPR, with GST and labour registrations running in parallel. Apostille or embassy legalisation in your country can add one to three weeks before that, so we start on it first. Government timelines are outside our control.
Your company must keep books, file GST and TDS returns, run payroll compliance, file ROC annual returns, get audited, file an income tax return and an annual FLA return with the RBI, and keep transfer-pricing documentation for dealings with the parent. The Managed India Compliance plan covers all of that for a fixed yearly fee, so your team never has to learn Indian compliance.
Yes. Pay by international card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay) or in INR through Razorpay. The invoice is issued in INR by our Indian company.
