If you cancel an order before our team has started work on it, the full professional fee is refunded to the original payment method.
Once work has started, the fee is refunded in proportion to the work not yet done. Fees are not refundable after an application or return has been filed with a government authority.
Government fees, stamp duty and other statutory payments made on your behalf cannot be refunded by Fastlegal, as they are paid to the authority.
Message us on the order in your dashboard, or write to support@fastlegal.in with your order reference (FL-xxxxx). Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to credit them.
