Refund Policy: Thank you for your purchase with Fastlegal via our website www.fastlegal.in. Please review this policy and our terms and conditions carefully as they outline important information and guidelines regarding your rights and responsibilities as our customer in relation to any purchase or service we provide to you.

We strive to deliver services to you as per the specifications and timelines stated for each service or product purchased from Fastlegal. However, if we are unable to fulfill the service or product you purchased for any reason, you may be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

• Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear and visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from Fastlegal.
• If a customer requests a refund solely due to a change of mind after payment for a service, the refund will not be granted as there is no fault or defect on Fastlegal’s part.
• Refund requests will not be accepted after the work has been shared with you following a change of mind. However, you will have the option to utilize the amount paid for an alternative service on Fastlegal of equal value. This amount can be applied partially or wholly towards the new service.
• Refund requests made 30 (thirty) days after the completion of a service or product purchase, as communicated via email or any other form of communication confirming the completion of work, will be considered invalid and will not be processed.

If a refund request is approved by Fastlegal, you will be notified via email. Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to complete and will be credited to your bank account accordingly. We handle the refund process with care and strive to return your money at the earliest.
