Who we are

Fastlegal Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in 2018 in Jaipur, Rajasthan (CIN U74999RJ2018PTC060472, GSTIN 08AABCF9669B1ZS). We combine professional expertise in company law, GST, income tax and FEMA with our own software — the Fastlegal client portal and Cred, our bank-ready project report generator — so that compliance work is transparent, trackable and done on time.

How we work

  • One fixed professional fee per service, inclusive of GST, shown before you pay. Government fees at actuals.
  • Your documents live in a private vault, served only to you and the team member working on your order.
  • Every order has a named owner on our side, a status timeline and a message thread — no chasing by email.
  • Foreign clients are served fully remotely: documents apostilled or notarised in your country, calls scheduled in your time zone, payment by international card.
