Get your Udyam certificate to access MSME benefits like priority lending and delayed-payment protection.
Udyam registration is the government's Aadhaar-based registration for micro, small and medium enterprises, classified by investment in plant and machinery and annual turnover. The certificate is used to access priority sector lending, credit guarantee schemes, government tender preferences and protection against delayed payments from buyers under the MSMED Act. Registration on the Udyam portal itself is free; our fee covers correct classification, NIC code selection and filing.
One fixed professional fee, inclusive of GST, agreed with you before any work starts — no hourly billing, no surprises, and nothing charged until you approve it. Udyam registration on the government portal is free.

Yes, there is no government fee on the official Udyam portal. Our professional fee covers classification advice, activity code selection and filing on your behalf.
Classification uses a composite test of investment in plant and machinery and annual turnover, as notified by the Ministry of MSME. The limits were revised with effect from 1 April 2025, and we apply the thresholds in force when you register.
Export turnover is excluded when calculating turnover for MSME classification, as per the current notification.
Retail and wholesale traders can register on Udyam for the limited purpose of priority sector lending, as permitted by the Ministry of MSME.
Under the MSMED Act, buyers must pay registered micro and small enterprises within the agreed period, not exceeding 45 days. Delayed payments attract compound interest, and income tax rules also restrict the buyer's deduction for such dues until paid.
