By engaging FastLegal Digital (a division of FastLegal Technologies Private Limited) for web design or software development services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide web design, web development, SaaS development, SEO, and related digital services. All projects are governed by a separate project agreement with specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

Payment

Projects require an advance payment (typically 50%) before work begins. The balance is due before final delivery. We do not provide refunds on completed work.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website content and custom design. The underlying software frameworks and open-source libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the project fee paid. We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, or indirect damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
